These are three of my latest pieces of work which were on show at the Knitting and Stitching Show in Alexandra Palace London, Dublin and Harrogate.

My work focuses on colour, which I find endlessly absorbing. Here is some of my latest work. I use fabrics to 'paint' with, and it is fascinating how the colours alter when the patterned fabrics are cut into different shapes and applied to the multicoloured batik backgrounds. The pieces here have a batik background, then a range of hand dyed or bought materials are appliquéd and enhanced by machine stitch.
